You must have the latest Nvidia PhysX System Software installed in your system.
Please download it and install it at :
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_8.06.12_whql.html

Download the demo (163 MB).

If you have a low spec computer and the demo is running slow. Open the "options" window in the Menu and check "disable lightmaps". This will disable some lighting features but will give you a better performance.
